SCVMM 2008 Issue - Available Memory 0 KB

Issue:

When using SCVMM 2008 to create new virtual servers, SCVMM reports 0 KB available for creating new servers

Solution/Workaround:

1. On the Hyper-v host server, change the "DisablePerformanceCounters" value to 0 (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\PerfOS)
2. Restart WMI service
