Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook

Issue:
Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window

Resolution:
Start outlook using "/resetnavpane" option.

Outlook.exe /resetnavpane

/resethnapane option clears and regenerates the Navigation Pane for the current profile.
