Protecting Servers Using Selective Authentication

Here is the general procedure to protect a server using Selective Authentication:

• Assign "Allowed to Authenticate" permission to DPM Server On "Domain Controller" of domain of "Server to be protected".
• Assign "Allowed to Authenticate" permission to DPM Server On "Server to be protected".
• Assign "Allowed to Authenticate" permission to "Server to be protected" On DPM Server.
• Assign "Allowed to Authenticate" "permission to Account used to install agent" On DPM Server
