DPM System Sate Backup Error: Internal error 0x809909FB

Error:
DPM failed to create the system state backup and you will see the following error messages in the target machine’s event log:

EventID: 546 Error
Backup attempted at '21.12.2009 08:46:52' failed to start, error code
'2155348253'.

Resolution:
Make sure you can access all the volumes.  If you have any non-NTFS partitions convert them to NTFS.
