MMC Crashes - Active Directory Users and Computers

Issue:
MMC crashes while using Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in or opening properties dialog box for a user object from a Windows Server 2003 member server.

Solution/Workaround:
Active Directory forest that is running a Windows Server 2008 schema, apply the following hotfix:
