Windows 2003 R2 Increased the CPU speed!! :- )

I am sure this is a bug in the product. After the Window R2 installation, the Computer properties started showing my CPU speed as 39.05 Ghz. See the attached screen shot. Has anyone else seen this before?

Good luck guys! I love this "feature"
