Windows 2008 R2 - SID Instead of User Friendly Names

Issue:
The SID information is displayed on Windows 2008 R2 servers instead of actual user or group names. 

Resolution:
This issues can be resolved by installing the following patch on the Widows 2008 R2 servers:
