Microsoft Management Console (MMC) Runtime Error

When you try to open Microsoft Management Console (MMC) like Active Directory Users and Computers, Active Directory Site and Services tool you will get the following Visual C++ runtime error message:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error; The Application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

Resolution

Open any working Microsoft Management Console (MMC)

From File menu, select Options and from the Disk Cleanup tab, click Delete Files option.
