Exchange 2010 Management Console and ScriptingAgentConfig.XML Error

I don’t know the “official” fix or solution for this error.  My solution was to copy the ScriptingAgentConfig.XML file from another Exchange server onto this machine and re-run the Exchange 2010 setup!

The ScriptingAgentConfig.XML is located in C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Bin\CmdletExtentionAgents\.  If you don’t have this folder structure already (from previously failed installation), you may want to manually create these folders and copy the ScriptingAgentConfig.XML  into CmdletExtentionAgents folder.
