Twitter Notify and Windows Live Writer Issue

You may have noticed that the Windows Live Writer keeps prompting for user name and password when you try to update Twitter.  This is because of the recent change in the authentication type.  Twitter has changed the authentication mechanism to OAuth (Open Authorization). So you need to get an updated version of Twitter Notify plug-in from the following location to resolve this issue:
